Quick tips

• So in your period, you should have some pads
• You should be with them everywhere
• and if you have a period for the first time, you should tell your mom or a friend who has had a period.

Where I heard it first

I learned about periods when I was eight. I never knew about them. My mom, Mummy Florence told me all about them.
