FlowReady

FlowReady is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes, specifically to improve menstrual education and access to sanitary products for young girls in East Africa and beyond. The organization seeks to eliminate period stigma, address period poverty, and challenge cultural misconceptions linking menarche to readiness for marriage and childbearing. FlowReady promotes menstrual health as a fundamental aspect of sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) and advocates for sustainable, community-driven solutions. The organization engages parents, guardians, and local leaders to foster informed and supportive environments for young girls.
